The HENRY group programme gives you everything you need to get your little one off to a great start, particularly when it comes to food, exercise and family lifestyle habits.
You’ll leave with a toolkit – including children’s books, a ball and a range of helpful resources – a certificate, new friends and bags of confidence.
The sessions are relaxed and friendly and take place over 8 weeks in local community venues such as family hubs, community centres and schools. A free creche is also provided.
These groups are for families with children aged 0-3 living in the Better Start Bradford area
