Workforce Development Deputy Lead for our Adversity, Trauma and Resilience (ATR) Project

Full Time (37 Hours), £28,000 per annum

In this exciting role you will co-ordinate the delivery the new ATR Workforce Training and Learning Programme, under the guidance of a Project Lead and working with WAVE Trust colleagues to establish the training offer in response to identified need. You will oversee freelance and volunteer trainers delivering the training to the workforce.

You will:

  • Have experience in co-ordinating and delivering training
  • A qualification or extensive experience in training or equivalent and the ability to present to mixed audiences
  • The ability to collect and analyse data and to produce project evaluations and reports
  • Have day-to-day responsibility for the training delivery and monitoring and for building relationships with local stakeholders, including those with lived-experience of adversity and trauma.
