Breastfeeding support for families with a baby up to 6 months old, who are breastfeeding or mixing bottle and breastfeeding.
The Breastfeeding Support Project offers practical and emotional support for families who are breastfeeding/mixing bottle and breastfeeding, through visits at home from a trained helper, or support over the phone/video calls.
Who’s it for? Families with a baby up to 6 months old, who are breastfeeding or mixing bottle and breastfeeding.
Where and when is it delivered? At the family home or another place of the mum’s choice, plus support can be offered over the phone or via video calls.
How do families register? Most families will be offered visits through their hospital, midwives, health visitors, children’s centres, doulas, and other Better Start Bradford projects.
