A drop-in event to find out all about support available for families with babies

The Perinatal Support Service is inviting mums, dads, carers and 0-3’s to this FREE Parent and Baby Wellbeing Event.

Come along to find out about lots of services that can help with parents’ and babies’ wellbeing and mental health.

Join in with activities focused on you, as parents and carers, putting yourself first. Self-care and wellbeing as parents is so important, because ‘you can’t pour from an empty cup’!

Find out how important your baby’s wellbeing and mental health is, and what you can do as parents to help your baby feel safe, loved, and happy.

Drop in anytime between 10.00am and 12.00pm and meet staff and volunteers from:

  • Family Action – Perinatal Support Service
  • HENRY
  • Little Minds Matter
  • Neighbourhood Workers
  • Parent Education Team from Bradford Royal Infirmary
  • West Bowling Advice Centre
