Do you work or volunteer with expectant parents or families with 0-3s in Bowling and Barkerend, Little Horton or Bradford Moor.
Through Shinrin Yoku, a gentle Japanese nature therapy, you will learn how to make the most of time outdoors to benefit the wellbeing of your families.
This FREE therapy training will show you how you can help your families relax, reduce anxiety, use all five senses to connect with nature and improve mental health.
