HENRY - Starting Solids Training
Training to enable you to deliver HENRY Starting Solids Workshops
For health and early years practitioners in the Better Start Bradford area

This course equips practitioners who have already completed HENRY Core Training with the skills, knowledge and confidence to lead HENRY Starting Solids workshops for parents and carers of babies aged 0-6 months.
Practitioners will:
- Understand the content of the Starting Solids two hour face-to-face workshop
- Develop group facilitation skills to deliver the workshop in a way that adopts the HENRY approach and builds on parents’ strengths
- Feel confident to manage issues that can arise in groups
- Use listening, empathy and solution-focused support
This is for health and early years practitioners working in the Better Start Bradford area who have already completed HENRY Core Training.
