The Maternity Circles offer a woman-centered, welcoming and safe space where mums can access support.
The Maternity Circles provide pregnant ladies, and mums with babies up to age 2 with opportunities to connect with others, seek advice, and receive support around healthy living and their parenting journey.
Drop into a Circle session and meet Sarah who is the lovely, warm and friendly facilitator.

The Perinatal Support Service helped pregnant women and women with babies who were suffering/at risk from mild-moderate mental health issues, from 2015 to 2024.
