Cooking for a Better Start Facilitation Training

This course equips practitioners with the skills, knowledge and confidence to lead the HENRY Cooking For a Better Start programme for parents and carers of children aged 0-4.

Practitioners will:

• Understand the content of the 6-week CFABS group programme.
• Develop group facilitation skills to deliver the programme in a way that adopts the HENRY approach and builds on parents’ strengths.
• Feel confident to manage issues that can arise in groups.
• Be using listening, empathy and solution-focused support.

Please note that you need to have completed HENRY core training before this course.
