Would you like to find out more about building a happy baby? If so please come along to this virtual session with the Parent Education Team at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
The session will cover:
- Babies’ brain development, how babies start to listen and learn in the womb.
- What parents-to-be and families can do during pregnancy to improve bonding and brain development.
- The hormone oxytocin and how this has a positive impact on babies.
- A discussion on how it is impossible to spoil a baby.
- Skin-to-skin contact – what it is and why it is so important.
- The early days – letting babies find their rhythm.
- Practical tips, signposting to reputable websites.
- A Q&A session.
