1. Share a story
Grab a favourite book or make up a story together.
Books and stories are magical, fun, and little brains LOVE them!
2. Spend time outdoors
Go outside to play, walk and relax.
What can you see, hear, touch?
Breathe and enjoy.
3. Blow bubbles
Blowing bubbles is a fun activity you can enjoy together, indoors or outdoors.
Keep a small bottle of bubbles in your baby changing bag for moments on the move too!
4. Share a meal together
Eating well helps you and your little ones, and family mealtimes build connection.
Take time to enjoy a meal together away from screens and toys – you won’t regret it.
5. Take five
Family life is so busy, so little moments in the day to pause and spend some time with your little one can add up to something much bigger. Set a clock and share 5 minutes of special time together - you could play a new game, find a new place, or have a giant cuddle. The choice is yours!
